For you this training is the first step into the international diving world and therefore it's really important that it is a qualified one.

The minimun age is 14 years. For kids 10 years and older there is the "Junior" certificate. |

The course includes practical training in shallo water and 4 dives in open water. |
|
|
...and theoretical instructions with book/video/dissertation at a duration of 4 - 5 days. |

With that diver's license you can dive all around the world. |
|
|
This course will be held by the guidelines of one of the two biggest diving federations. For additional charge of 90.-€/apiece both can be certified.

A diving medical of not older than 3 month is required, which is available in St. Tropez, for ~30 We recommend you bring this with you to not only save time but also because your home Doctor knows you better. |
