Le Sec de la Murene

Le Sec de la Murène ranks among the most beautiful natural dive sites west of Porquerolles near Giens – close to the Jaume Garde beacon – and delights divers with its striking rock formations, large crevices, and vibrant Mediterranean underwater life. The dive traverses several rocky pinnacles and winds through small sandy channels, creating a highly varied profile characterized by rich structural diversity and excellent orientation.

At depths of approximately 18 to 40 meters, divers here encounter moray eels, conger eels, barracudas, dentex, and numerous schooling fish, along with colorful gorgonians and other soft corals. This makes Le Sec de la Murène an ideal spot for anyone looking to experience a scenic, fish-rich rock dive near Giens.

Le Sec du Langoustier

Le Sec du Langoustier is a diverse rocky dive site near Porquerolles that delights divers with its striking underwater topography, beautiful marine growth, and abundant Mediterranean life. The dive winds around a large rock formation at depths ranging from approximately 16 to 32 meters, making it particularly well-suited for divers who enjoy exploring at a relaxed pace – peering into every crevice and beneath every overhang along the way.

Moray eels, conger eels, groupers, and occasional octopuses make this site just as interesting as its compact, dive-friendly topography. This makes Le Sec du Langoustier an ideal spot for anyone looking to experience a beautiful, fish-rich, and scenically stunning rock dive near Giens.
