General information
At our Salines holiday resort in Hyères, we offer various mobile home and bungalow models.
The Pagan model is a permanently installed, spacious tent offering excellent value for money. As this model is not heated, it is best suited for the warmer months. The mobile homes are permanent bungalows on wheels – the kind typically found along the Côte d’Azur. These units are newer and in good condition. All accommodation types are equipped with sanitary facilities. All accommodations are located directly within the holiday village, in close proximity to both the dive center and the beach.
Situated opposite the Île de Porquerolles, Camping Salines invites you to enjoy diving and introductory courses, boat trips to the “Îles du Levant,” and explorations of the Côte d’Azur with the whole family. It spans a 10-hectare dune landscape, bordered by a road to the west and the sea to the east.
In July and August, evening entertainment and shows are offered. A children’s playground featuring various sports facilities, bouncy castles, and courts for boules, volleyball, and soccer are available. On-site amenities include washing machines, clothes dryers, jet ski rentals, a diving school (for an additional fee), safe rentals, linen rentals, and internet access.
From Easter until the end of September: Restaurant and supermarket.
July/August: Snack bar, Tourist Information Office.
Dogs are prohibited on the beach; proof of a valid rabies vaccination is required. Barbecuing is permitted only with a gas grill.
Entertainment (July – August): Children’s program for ages 6 to 12 (subject to availability), pétanque tournaments, beach soccer tournaments, karaoke, dancing, magic shows, and party nights.
Nearby: sailboat and windsurf rentals, boat trips, go-kart track, horseback riding, amusement park, ranch, horse racetrack, velodrome, observatory.
In the vicinity: The Customs Officers’ Path on the Giens Peninsula; Hyères with its Old Town; the three islands of Hyères – the “Golden Islands” (Îles d’Or): Port-Cros, Porquerolles, and Le Levant; the Étang des Pesquiers (a protected nature reserve for birds); the Var hinterland; the Massif des Maures; and the Bay of Toulon.
